01 · The name
A bird of prey with a wink.
Predator initially sounds bigger, stronger and louder. That is precisely why the name was chosen: as an ironic counterpoint to the usual exaggeration of marketing.
The idea grew out of an earlier project by founder Arnd. A deliberately powerful name met a light, playful visual identity. For the property company, this became a principle: exacting standards without taking ourselves too seriously.
The symbol follows the same thought. It is a bird of prey, reduced and friendly, with enough character to be remembered. Behind the distinctive exterior is a simple intention: to look at property honestly and create spaces where people genuinely enjoy living.

Mallorca became more than a place.
Arnd · Founder of Predator SL
Arnd’s relationship with Mallorca began long before Predator SL. An early fascination with the island’s variety – its coastline, landscapes and urban Palma – gradually led to property projects of his own. In 2019 he made Mallorca his home and took over the company’s day-to-day direction on the island.
Today, Predator SL brings together perspectives from property development, design, rentals, sales and personal service. Local specialists in architecture, planning and craft join the team according to each property’s needs. The result is not an anonymous handover, but clear responsibility from the first idea to the finished home.

03 · Our point of view
Quality reveals itself on the second look.
A good property does not begin with the brochure. It begins by understanding what makes a place distinctive – and what should be preserved, improved or reconsidered entirely.
Preserve character
Existing qualities are not polished away. We look for the heart of a house and strengthen precisely what gives it personality.
Decide responsibly
Good quality, appropriate materials and careful execution are more sustainable than short-lived solutions that have to be done twice.

Palma on the doorstep. The sea just beyond.
Our base is in El Molinar, a neighbourhood between city and coast. Here, everyday Palma meets former fishermen’s houses, contemporary architecture and Mediterranean life by the water.
That proximity shapes our work. We know more than addresses: we understand how streets, light and neighbourhoods change throughout the day. Being local also means being available – before, during and after a decision.
