Cala Major Penthouse – Planning chaos?
Sometimes creative processes take weird paths. Read here how spray cans are a great tool for decision-making!
Penthouse Cala Major
At the Cala Major Penthouse, creativity stalled! Yesterday, Israel and I, together with Miguel Martinez de Campos Montaner and his colleague, were on site at the construction site of the two penthouses in Cala Major. Before that, we had met up. The two had each drawn up a design for floor plans. We liked both. But we couldn’t decide.
How will the construction continue?
In the end, Miguel suggests that we could simply take a few chairs with us. And sit down in the property to really take in the scene in peace and quiet. I then also suggested masking tape or something else to mark the new built-ins, to see how the impression of the room perspective would be depending on the floor plan idea.
Can’t see the wood for the trees and all that
No sooner said than done. We brought the chairs, Miguel and his colleague brought spray cans. And we got to work. Here’s a short video so you can see what we’ve been up to all day 😉
