WIP04 – “Sa piscina” and more!

Have fun with WIP04 – Molinar Townhouses Update. It’s been a few years now since we arrived on the beautiful island of Mallorca, and I still remember the first word I heard in Mallorca: sa piscina!

Since then, we’ve fallen in love with the island! Here are some photos of the progress on the individual pools that you’ll be able to enjoy at the Molinar Townhouses. Each house has its own small pool, so you can enjoy your time in Mallorca in complete privacy and total relaxation!

We’ll soon be starting the stonework, and I think it’s fair to say it’s going to be spectacular! Each house will have its own special atmosphere. As you know, at Predator we’re very detail-oriented…

In addition, the installation of the underfloor heating has begun. The houses are very close to the sea; in winter it can sometimes be damp in Mallorca, which makes the perceived temperature more unpleasant than it actually is. Underfloor heating is perfect for creating a pleasant, cosy indoor climate. It’s precisely these details that ultimately turn a house into a home!

What else has happened? I’m really happy—and a little proud—that 5 houses are already rented. The most recent contract was signed for the first house when viewed from the sea. I’ll be updating the website soon!

The whole team wishes you a wonderful and productive week and a relaxing weekend!
